SPX Graphic Editor is a software application whose central purpose can be easily deducted from its name: general graphic editing functions. Its working area is nice and friendly, with all the tools and commands it provides strategically placed to give you instant access to any of them. Besides that, it works with all the most popular graphic file formats, such as BMP, JPG, GIF, TIFF, and PNG.
This program is a simple, Microsoft Paint-style, graphic editor that only works in raster (bitmap) mode. However, it provides a lot of tools and effects that you can use to get the most varied designs and customized graphics. Among the most important tools it provides, I should mention the different lines and shapes, a freehand pen, an eraser, a text writing feature, a color filling utility, and an airbrush tool. Every one of them offers its own configurable options, according to the tool's nature. For example, if you want to draw a shape, the different options will be to draw a circle, a rectangle, a rounded rectangle, with a certain border width, opacity, and angle.
On the other hand, you can also apply different image effects, to mirror, flip, rotate, invert, scale, blur, sharpen, or color-fade your creations, among many others. This is one of the things that makes it a really useful graphic editing tool.
